Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for LazyChat Services.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Trial Period Refund Requests
If a trial phase is offered, refund requests must be submitted within
7 days of the trial start or activation date.
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to internal review.
2. Subscription Payments
- Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
- Unless required by law or stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. SSL Commerce Payments
- Refund requests for payments made via SSL Commerce must be submitted within 7 business days.
- After 7 business days, SSL Commerce payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after the eligible refund period
- Unused time, partial usage, or plan downgrades
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms violations
- Issues caused by incorrect configuration or missing Client data
- Third-party platform limitations (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram)
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@lazychat.io with:
- Your account email
- Invoice or payment reference
- Payment provider
- Reason for the request
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking systems.
7. Policy Updates
LazyChat may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
